Shipping Policy

We ship to all governorates across Egypt.
Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping costs vary by product and will be displayed at checkout.
If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number (if available) will be provided.
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct to avoid delays or additional charges.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

14 days for products in their original condition (completely unopened and unused).
30 days in case of a manufacturing defect. (Manufacturing defects will be determined based on a report from the authorized agent.)
OStudio reserves the right to return the product to the customer if the returned item does not comply with the company’s guidelines or applicable conditions.
OStudio also reserves the right to determine whether the product will be refunded or replaced with the same product, subject to availability.
The customer is not entitled to a refund if the product is not eligible for return.
If a return request is rejected at any stage, we will make two attempts to return the product to the customer.
If both attempts fail, the product will be kept at our delivery center for three (3) business days.
The customer may contact the Customer Care team to request another delivery attempt within three (3) business days after the last delivery attempt notification.
If we receive such a request within the specified three (3) business days, we will arrange a final delivery attempt within two (2) business days. Otherwise, the product will be transferred to the clearance department, and the customer will no longer be able to request the product again.
Conditions for Applying the Return Policy
The product must be returned with the original box, original label, and must be unopened.
If the product has been used, the original packaging opened, or the original label removed, the refund request will be rejected, and the product will be returned to the customer unless there is a manufacturing defect (confirmed by the authorized agent’s report).
If the product is not functioning due to a manufacturing defect, it must be returned with the original box, user manual, and all accessories.
OStudio has the right to determine whether the product should be repaired, refunded, or returned to the customer.

Comments:- When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. Who We Share Your Data With:- Suggested text: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How Long We Retain Your Data:- If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
